Eyelash extensions are a semi-permanent beauty treatment aimed to enhance and complement our eyes. Produced with high grade synthetic materials, the extensions are hygiene friendly and the curls are long lasting.
If extensions are applied correctly, absolutely not. If your lash professional isolates your natural eyelashes, applies the right weight and diameter and uses safe and regulated products no harm should come to your natural eyelashes.
They are applied carefully by isolating your natural eyelashes with tweezers and bonded by adhesive specifically made for eyelash extensions.
It’s a shame that people have a bad experience with eyelash extensions. If extensions are recklessly applied it can damage your natural lashes, this can happen immediately or after a short time of having the extensions on, I can assure you I have your best interests and will treat your natural eyelashes with utmost care. I recommend that you have the extensions removed immediately and if they are damaged follow a treatment plan and purchase a lash serum. Pleases do your research and lookout for customer feedback or referrals.
This depends on your lash cycle and lifestyle. Because your natural eyelashes grow and shed, the extensions will grow and fall off along with it. Generally extensions can last up to 5-6 weeks. A regrowth appointment is recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fullness. This is so I can re-apply extensions to the natural lashes that have shed and have been replaced by new ones.
Yes you can, however, I recommend that you avoid using oil based liquid, pencil or gel eyeliners. Any form of make up around the eyes can affect the longevity of the extensions especially oil based products. Residue of make up on the lash line not only break down the bond of the extensions to the natural lash but is also very unhygienic and can lead to infections. Oil free eye make-up remover should be used carefully to remove all make up around the eyes. Do not use mascara on your extensions.
Please arrive to your appointment with clean eyelashes and no make up around the eyes. If you wear contact lenses please bring a case so you can remove them during the treatment and avoid caffeine consumption prior to your appointment. Please turn your phone on silent and keep talking to a minimum so you can relax and wake up with beautiful fresh lashes!

In most cases, you cannot see the variation. I only recommend a tint beforehand if you have very fair natural eyelashes and you do not want to see the variation of colour.
I advise all my clients to avoid any form of water activities for 24hrs after their appointment, to ensure the adhesive and extensions are bonded to the natural lashes properly. After 24hrs you can swim, however, some clients prefer to wear goggles but this is optional. Remember that swimming pools have chlorine and you want to rinse your lashes after water activities.

Pricing
Prices vary from one studio to another as each studio operates independently. Products and techniques at Cura Sui have been selected and trialed carefully to ensure the best results and longevity. We do not price match or compare ourselves to our competitors and in lieu, focus on ensuring our client’s lash, nail and brow welfare is our number one priority.
Deposits
To secure your booking, we charge non-refundable deposits both online and in-house. Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment balance in the studio. For all online bookings, you are required to pay a $50 deposit.
Cancellations
Please note, where less than 48 hours (between 7am to 10pm) is provided, 50% of your treatment value will be charged and your full deposit will be forfeited. If you provide more than 48 hours (between 7am to 10pm) notice of a cancellation, you can keep your deposit on file as a credit.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 mins early to your appointment should you require to visit the ladies room and settle down for your appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call the studio. Arriving late may result in your appointment time being reduced, or we may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining. Cura Sui pride ourselves on quality work. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you*
Reservations
In order to secure your preferred appointment date and time, we ask you to please book your appointment in advance. As we are by appointment only, walk-ins are likely unable to receive a treatment as we aim to provide a relaxing and unrushed service. In instances we cannot facilitate your preferred time, our team would love to add you to our waitlist upon request.
Studio Capacity
We ask that you please attend your appointment alone and refrain from bringing others, including children. This helps limit the number of people on the premises and ensures a safe environment for all clients and staff, not to mention a proper relaxing break for you!
Payment Methods
Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard will incur a 1.5% surcharge. AMEX will incur a 3% surcharge.
